Veris Group offers three competitive medical plans through United Healthcare. Benefits will begin on the first of the month following the start date, provided an enrollment form is submitted within 30 days.
Veris Group offers a group dental plan at significant savings through United Concordia Dental. Benefits will begin on the first of the month following the start date, provided an enrollment form is submitted within 30 days.
Veris Group offers its employees participation in a group vision plan through United Healthcare. Benefits will begin on the first of the month following the start date, provided an enrollment form is submitted within 30 days.
Life, Short & Long Term Disability, and AD&D Insurance
Employees receive life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short and long term disability benefits through Unum. Life insurance value is 1 x the annual earnings up to $250,000. The short and long term disability plans cover 60% of eligible earnings. Veris Group pays the employee premiums for these benefits. Supplemental Life Insurance is also available through Unum.
401(k) Tax-Deferred Investment Plan (Traditional and Roth)
Employees are eligible to participate in a tax-deferred 401(k) investment plan in lieu of receiving it as taxable income. Veris Group will contribute (match) up to 4% of an employee’s annual salary to the plan. Employees are 100% vested in all company contributions.
Profit Sharing Plan
Veris Group offers its employees a Non Elective Profit Sharing Plan. The amount distributed to each employee will be dependent on the profit of the company at the end of the year.
Training and Professional Development Reimbursement
Employees are eligible to receive up to $4,000 in annual training and professional development reimbursement. Employees are also eligible to receive $125 in annual professional association dues & fees.
Flexible Spending Account
Employees are eligible to participate in a Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Employees can contribute a maximum of $1,000 to a Health Care FSA, and $5,000 to a Dependent Care FSA.
Employees receive eighty (80) hours per year, which are to be taken on the ten (10) Federal Government holidays.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
PTO is accrued at the rate of ten (10) hours per month for a total of 120 hours annually. PTO may be used for personal leave, sick leave, or for vacation.
Employees are eligible for a transportation allowance.
Credit Union Membership
Veris Group employees have the option to join Northwest Federal Credit Union. NWFCU offers over 33,000 free ATMS and 4,000 Credit Union Service Centers nationwide.

The travel assistance program is provided through Unum at no additional charge. The program provides worldwide emergency travel assistance in the event of a medical or legal emergency.
